Working with Regal Tents for years now has always been a seamless and comfortable interaction. Our needs were always taken care of and assistance with technical aspects with regards to permits, drawings and changes each year were handled with ease. The structures didn’t disappoint and were very well taken care of in the offseason when our rental was stored away. Panels and materials are kept in great shape and any minor issues due to weather etc were handled quickly, professionally and with great care. They worked together with us in a change of location for the tent which involved many drawing revisions and height alterations that were taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. We have appreciated and valued the years we have gotten to work together and look forward to your future successes!

The team at Regal truly understand premium service and have provided it time and time again for us and our clients. Because you manufacture and clean your own panels, we know we are always going to get something in excellent condition (remember, that’s why we came to you in 2003!). Also, when we give you a tricky footprint, we know you’ll work with us until a layout and load-in solution is found.​

Hurricane Noel caused havoc with our construction and shipping schedule, but Regal quickly made up time to have us back on schedule. The end result was a venue that surpassed everybody's expectations. The accolades that we received from the local and international media, the players, Bermuda Government and the international federations are a credit to Regal's skill and experience in the special event industry.

Regal Tents was a huge part of The WorldSkills Calgary 2009 Competition's success. The partnership we had was fantastic. Communication on an event this size is critical to the success of the event and you were wonderful to work with. I never had to chase you for information or details. What you promised you delivered. I have never worked with a large tent company before but I think most others would have a hard time keeping up with your level of service. I always felt like I was your priority.

Since becoming our exclusive tent supplier in 2011, the team at Regal have been excellent. We have experienced outstanding customer service and a superb tent that meets our needs during our 6 month season. Regal provides a high-level experience from beginning to end.
