At the end of each summer season the staff here at Regal Tent join together for what we call R.E.A.D., which stands for Regal Employee Appreciation Day. It is a longstanding event we hold every year because we believe it is important to give staff some recognition for all their hard work.
We give thanks to all of our employees by hosting a lunch BBQ and ending it with a little award ceremony to all of those who really stepped up their game this year. This was definitely a tough year to choose between all of our awesome employees, but it came down to a couple few who we felt went above and beyond in a lot of different ways.
