Regal Tent had the privilege of working on this year’s Walk It Out Fashion Show, Haute Humber. The event is organized by the graduating Fashion Arts and Business students with the support of their faculty, and this year’s event showcased spring/summer collections of well-known Canadian designers. This event is a serious production at the college, with an air of elegance and class, and allows graduating students the opportunity to meet and network with people in the fashion industry.

There were many challenges to overcome with the site at Humber College, but as usual, Regal was up for the challenge! Varying ground elevations, railings and ramps, and access to the site for heavy equipment were just a few of the obstacles we faced, but with amazing on-site planning by our VP of Sales & Operations Michelle McCulloch and our talented crew, we found solutions to every problem!

We installed a 30′ x 55′ x 10′ Clearspan main tent as well as smaller tents for coat check and reception areas, and constructed a completely covered curving walkway that was over 100 feet long and allowed fashion show patrons to walk from the school to the event without fear of getting rained on! This was all accomplished in just two short days by our outstanding crew of tent installers.
