Flooring
Dance Floors
Our dance floor is made in 4' x 4' pieces, and has a light wood parquet finish. Whether you are looking for a 12' x 12' space for an intimate gathering, or a 40' x 40' dance floor for a corporate gathering, Regal's dance floor can be customized to fit your application.
Ballast-Free Flooring
One of the most amazing inventions to hit the temporary structure industry has to be our new ballast-free flooring. Imagine never having to use unsightly concrete weights or inconvenient stakes again. The floor actually works to weigh the tent down so no additional ballasts or stakes are required. The Ballast-Free Flooring is an integrated flooring system that weights any clearspan tent up to 25m wide. It comes in 2.5m x 5m or 10m panels that are screwed together and the structure is then attached to the flooring.
Supa-trac
Our Supa-trac lay down floor is a low cost solution that follows the grade of the ground, so it's perfect for installations over level, asphalt surfaces. It is a 2" thick grey plastic floor that clips together. It can come complete with cable trays for convenient cable runs and you can drive heavy equipment on it.
Plywood & Plank
Plywood & Plank is a standard sub-floor ideal for grassy areas or any surface that requires minimal shimming. It is made out of planks, laid on their sides at 2' centers. Plywood is then nailed over top. This flooring option does not allow heavy equipment to be driven on top unless planks are laid closely together.
Bil-jax / Staging
Our Bil-jax product is the top-of-the-line flooring solution that will provide a laser-level foundation for your event. It is a steel and wood floor that can be installed on multiple leg heights to level an area. This flooring is appropriate for any area (flat, or hilly). The flooring can be used to level out very un-level areas, or to create multiple levels within an area. The flooring can be installed on all surfaces (grass, asphalt, concrete etc.). The flooring has a maximum load of 150lbs per square foot.
Carpet
Carpeting can provide a finished look to any of the flooring options listed above. Whether you are looking for standard grey or black, or a custom color to match the event's décor, Regal can provide and install carpet color or style you are looking for.
Walls
Vinyl Walls
All of our tents come complete with white vinyl walls. You have the option of clear walls, cathedral window walls and custom colour walls.
Glass Walls
As an alternative to our standard fabric walls, glass provides a professional and permanent looking finish to any structure. Our 13' high glass walls provide a premium, transparent floor-to-ceiling finish that brings light and a crystal clear view to your event.
Insulated Hard Walls
We have many choices available to us to transform the look of a tent. One of the newest options is our Insulated Hard Walls - not only do they cocoon your guests from the exterior elements and provide enhanced acoustics and light control but they also give the tent the look of a permanent structure.
Doors
Regal Tent Productions carries a wide selection of doors - from elegant French Windowed and Smoked Glass double doors to solid-core, steel fire doors. Most of our doors are equipped with panic bar emergency exit hardware, as required by law in most municipalities. Regal Tent ensures that all municipal structure requirements are met.

Lighting & Audio/Visual Production
Regal Tent provides its clients a number of production services including the installation and removal of Staging, Lighting, Audio and Video Production within our environments. We also have extensive experience in the management and operational aspects of major events. Combined, our broad capabilities enables Regal Tent Productions to offer you a single source for all of your staging needs, enabling you to focus on the key aspects of your event that require your attention.
HVAC
The comfort of your guests is an integral part of running a successful event. Regal Tent offers heating, ventilation and air conditioning for our entire inventory of tents and structures. We can provide vented and ducted forced air heating approved for public gatherings, or soft-duct air conditioning systems complete with whisper-quiet, silenced mobile power-pack units. We also offer a full line of ceiling fans and ventilation equipment specifically designed to look great and work well with our tent and structure inventory.
